Gramin Adarsha Multiple Campus (GAMC), established in 2051 BS (1995 AD), is a community-based institution dedicated to providing quality, affordable education. Founded by visionary educators and social leaders from the northern Kathmandu Valley, GAMC offers programs from +2 to postgraduate levels in science, management, humanities, and education.
The campus serves 2,453 students with 70 teaching and 9 non-teaching staff, spread over 2-0-2-2 ropanis. It features four academic blocks, 50 classrooms, a seminar hall, and specialized labs for computer, science, radio, and hotel management— many of which are undergoing upgrades. GAMC continues to empower students from diverse, especially rural, backgrounds through inclusive, student-centered learning.
The long-term vision of the campus is to establish Gramin Adarsha Multiple Campus as a deemed University of Tribhuvan University through QAA and campus autonomy. As a purely community-based campus, GAMC strives to impart high-quality education aligned with the needs of today’s competitive world.
The mission of the campus is to establish GAMC as a model academic institution that caters to the needs of students and stakeholders, enabling them to meet and cope with the challenges of the 21st century through excellence in teaching, learning, and research.
